Bazoom vs WhitePress: Two European Link Marketplaces Compared

Bazoom vs WhitePress compared on how pricing works, inventory and languages, content, publication speed, reporting and publication guarantees.

Bazoom and WhitePress are both European link marketplaces. You browse a catalogue of publisher sites, filter by metrics, pick where you want a placement and pay the price each publisher sets. Both are strongest for buyers who need links in several countries and languages.

They differ in what's bundled into the price and how much help you get. Bazoom, a Danish company based in Aarhus, includes the content in every listed price and offers a done-for-you route. WhitePress, founded in Poland in 2013 and owned by RTB House since 2021 according to its site, prices the placement and the content separately, so you can supply your own article or order one from its copywriters.

Everything below comes from each company's own site, checked October 2026. Neither platform was used or tested for this comparison.

Pick Bazoom if you want one all-in price per placement with content included, help choosing outlets, and fast average publication times.

Pick WhitePress if you want the larger stated catalogue across 36 languages, the option to write your own content, detailed filtering and reporting, and an optional 36-month publication warranty.

How does pricing work?

On both platforms the publisher sets the price for each site, and you see it once you're logged in. The difference is what that price covers.

Bazoom says its prices include both content and publication, and that there's no sign-up, subscription or platform fee and no minimum spend (it recommends $100 or more per order). Its pricing page also shows a "Pro $49 /mo" column without explaining what it adds, so confirm before signing up.

WhitePress is pay-as-you-go in a single currency (GBP on its English site), with no minimum deposit. The publisher's price covers the placement; if you need an article written, WhitePress copywriting is extra. As listed in October 2026:

WhitePress article Length (characters) Price Delivery
Basic 2,000 to 2,499 £32.50 3 business days
Extended 2,500 to 3,499 £46.29 3 business days
Specialist 3,500 to 4,999 £64.00 5 business days
Premium 5,000 to 7,000 £103.00 7 business days

WhitePress also charges a handling fee on guest articles and 25% of the publication price for later modifications by default. Neither platform publishes its commission on publisher prices. For a sense of what placements cost across the market, see the link building cost guide.

Both are networks of publishers who list their own sites. Bazoom's outlets apply to join and are reviewed, and Bazoom writes the content to each outlet's guidelines, though it doesn't publish vetting criteria. WhitePress has published publisher requirements in the past, including minimum traffic and Google indexation, and scores portals on content and technical quality. That guidance dates from 2020, so treat it as indicative.

On either platform, placements are paid articles on publishers' sites, so check how each publisher labels sponsored content and which link attributes it uses. The site metrics in the dashboard are your main quality filter.

How much control do you get?

Both put you in charge of site selection. Bazoom lets you filter outlets by Ahrefs, Moz and Semrush metrics and categories, and offers a strategy from its SEO team or a done-for-you flow where you hand over keywords and URLs. WhitePress says it offers more than 40 metrics and 50 filters, and lets you either upload your own article or brief one of its copywriters.

Both are marketplaces at heart; Bazoom bundles content, WhitePress lets you supply or buy it separately. Positions are illustrative.

How fast do placements go live?

Bazoom's site quotes three figures: a four-day average publication time on the homepage, three to four days in its pricing table, and an average of eight days in its FAQ. WhitePress's terms give publishers three working days from receiving an order unless a different deadline is stated in the offer, and its copywriting adds three to seven business days if you order content. In practice both depend on the individual publisher.

Reporting, white label and guarantees

Bazoom tracks campaigns, orders and invoices in its platform in real time. WhitePress offers analytics after publication, a free backlink monitoring tool and a Looker Studio integration. Neither publishes a white label or unbranded report product, though WhitePress supports sub-accounts for teams.

The guarantees are similar at the base level. Bazoom's terms guarantee an article stays published for 12 months, with a replacement of equal value or a credit note if the publisher removes it early. WhitePress's terms require publishers to keep a paid article live and unchanged for 12 months, and it sells an optional 36-month warranty on designated portals for an unpublished fee. Refunds under that warranty are credited to your WhitePress balance for future orders rather than paid out.

Which should you choose?

Choose Bazoom if you want the simplest buying experience: one price per placement with content included, help picking outlets, and quick average turnaround.

Choose WhitePress if you want the bigger stated catalogue and language coverage, more control over the content itself, and the option to pay for longer publication cover. Its managed digital PR, from £1,250 for expert commentary campaigns, is also something Bazoom doesn't offer in the same form.

The Bazoom review and WhitePress review cover each in more depth, and our guide to link building marketplaces explains how to vet sites when you're the one choosing.
