Link Building Guide

Best Guest Post Services Compared by Price and Control

Nine guest post services compared on price per post, turnaround, guarantees, site approval and white label, grouped by what each does best.

A guest post service writes an article, places it on another site and includes a link back to you. The best service for you comes down to three things: the price per post at the quality you need, whether you get to approve the site, and what happens if the link disappears.

Prices for the cheapest tier on this page start at $16.5 on a marketplace and run past $500 for premium editorial placements. Most of the gap is explained by the traffic and authority of the sites, and by how much of the vetting you do yourself.

All details come from each provider's own website, checked in October 2026. Nothing was ordered or tested first-hand.

Best for white label guest posts at fixed prices

fatjoe and Click Intelligence both price blogger outreach on a DR ladder in pounds and sell it white label. fatjoe runs from £60 at DR10+ to £380 at DR60+, with a traffic band guaranteed at each tier, unbranded CSV reports and 10% off with a monthly subscription. It doesn't let you pre-approve sites. Click Intelligence starts higher, at £80 for DR30+, but adds a pre-approval option and bulk discounts at 25 and 50 links.

Best for low-cost guest posts

Rhino Rank has the lowest managed entry price here at $75 for a DA10+ post of 750+ words, with a 7 to 14 day target and a first-order money-back guarantee of up to $550. It prices by Moz DA rather than Ahrefs DR, which is worth knowing when you compare tiers (see Domain Rating vs Domain Authority). Outreach Monks starts at $99 for DR20+ and adds site approval.

Best for approving every site

Outreach Monks says you approve every site before outreach and stresses traffic over DR. Editorial.Link shows you the selected sites and their metrics to sign off, at a higher price point aimed at DR 50 to 90 sites with 5,000+ monthly traffic. Click Intelligence's pre-approval option sits between the two on price.

Best for niche-relevant authority posts

Loganix splits guest posts into two tiers: Essential Links at $200 on multi-topic DR/DA 30+ sites, and Authority Links at $400 on niche-specific sites with at least 1,000 monthly organic visits. If relevance matters more than raw authority, the second tier is the one designed for it. The HOTH offers longer articles, up to 2,000 words, but its outreach page says content approval isn't available.

Best for a traffic promise

Authority Builders promises that linking domains have 1,000+ monthly traffic, or you get a refund and keep the post. Posts start at $160, and you can either browse its inventory or let its team pick. Check its terms alongside the sales page, as the two describe refunds differently.

Best for choosing your own blogs

If you want to pick every site, a marketplace like Adsy gives you 150,000+ platforms from $16.5. You do the vetting, so use the checks below. The best link building marketplaces page compares the main platforms.

How to choose a guest post service

The guest posting guide explains what separates a good placement from a bad one, and link building cost sets out typical prices by tier.

Check What good looks like
Traffic A stated monthly traffic band or minimum, not just DR
Relevance Sites that cover your topic, or a niche-relevant tier
Approval The option to see sites first if your clients need it
Content A stated word count and editorial standard
Anchor text You choose it, and keep it natural (see the anchor text guide)
Guarantee A written replacement period that the terms back up

Google's spam policies treat paid links that pass ranking credit without rel="sponsored" or nofollow as link spam, and guest posts bought at scale are a known pattern. Weigh that before you buy backlinks of any kind.

  • Outreach Monks, Editorial.Link and Click Intelligence let you approve sites
