PressWhizz vs WhitePress: Which Link Marketplace Fits?
PressWhizz vs WhitePress compared on how prices are set, inventory, publication speed, white label reselling, managed services and guarantees.
PressWhizz and WhitePress are both marketplaces where you browse publisher sites, pick the ones you want and order a placement. Beyond that, they're quite different businesses. WhitePress is a long-established European platform, founded in Poland in 2013 according to its site, with a huge multilingual catalogue and a copywriting service. PressWhizz is a newer US company that launched publicly in September 2024, built around fast delivery, restricted niches and white label reselling.
The choice usually comes down to what you need most: language coverage and content control (WhitePress) or speed, grey-niche acceptance and a branded reseller setup (PressWhizz).
All details are from each company's own site, checked October 2026. Neither platform was used or tested for this comparison.
Pick PressWhizz if you need very fast placements, work in iGaming or other restricted niches, want a fully white-labelled reseller dashboard, or want a managed service on a large budget.
Pick WhitePress if you need links across many European languages, want to write your own content or order it from native copywriters, and prefer a platform with a long track record.

How do prices work?
The two platforms set prices in different ways. On WhitePress, each publisher prices its own offers, you pay as you go in one currency (GBP on the English site), there's no minimum deposit, and prices are visible once you log in. WhitePress adds a handling fee on guest articles and charges for copywriting separately, with basic articles from £32.50 as listed in October 2026.
On PressWhizz, publishers are invite-only and PressWhizz sets what it pays them, then shows you a final price that its terms say includes any commission. Its services page lists guest posts from $31 and niche edits from $33, while its guest post page says from $100, so expect a wide spread by site. Specialist products cost more: iGaming links from $200 and SaaS links from $150.
Neither publishes its commission rate. See the link building cost guide for typical market rates by link type.
Where do the links come from?
WhitePress publishers list their own sites and offers. The company has published minimum requirements in the past (traffic, Google indexation, content and technical quality scores), though that guidance dates from 2020.
PressWhizz says it no longer accepts publisher applications and invites sites that meet its standards, citing authority metrics, measurable organic traffic, low spam scores, editorial quality and a healthy link profile. Its own pages give different inventory sizes (from 22,000 active publishers to 72,000+ curated websites), so treat any single figure loosely.
Both sell paid placements, so check each site's approach to sponsored posts and link attributes before you order.
How much control do you get?
On both, you pick the sites. PressWhizz lets you filter by price, location, DA/DR, traffic, language and niche, view example links for each offer, set custom anchors and blacklist domains you've already used. WhitePress offers more than 40 metrics and around 50 filters, plus the option to upload your own article or brief one of its native-language copywriters.
Which is faster?
PressWhizz makes speed its headline. Its homepage says 95% of orders are delivered within 24 hours, with some stricter sites taking up to two weeks, and other pages quote 18 hours to 21 days for packages. WhitePress's terms give publishers three working days from receiving an order unless their offer says otherwise, plus three to seven business days for copywriting if you order content.
Reporting, white label and managed options
PressWhizz is the clear choice for reselling. Its reseller programme says every report, dashboard and communication can carry your logo, brand colours and domain, so clients never see PressWhizz. WhitePress offers detailed analytics, a backlink monitoring tool, a Looker Studio integration and team sub-accounts, but doesn't publish a white label product.
Managed options target different budgets. PressWhizz's managed service has a minimum of $5,000 a month and says it takes a limited number of clients. WhitePress sells managed digital PR from £1,250 for expert commentary, £2,250 for outreach and £5,000 for data-driven campaigns.
What do the guarantees cover?
PressWhizz's refund policy guarantees every placement for 12 months and refunds in full, as withdrawable account credit, if a link can't be reinstated. Its general terms also say it doesn't guarantee link permanence, so read both documents before relying on the guarantee.
WhitePress's terms require publishers to keep a paid article live and unchanged for 12 months. An optional paid 36-month warranty covers designated portals, with refunds credited to your balance for future orders rather than paid out. WhitePress also states it doesn't guarantee indexation.
Which should you choose?
Choose PressWhizz if speed and resale matter most, or if you work in restricted niches such as iGaming, adult or pharma, which it says it accepts. Its branded reseller setup is the strongest white label offer of the two.
Choose WhitePress if you need breadth across European languages, more control over content, and the reassurance of a platform that has been running since 2013. Its copywriting and managed digital PR make it a fuller service for brands working across markets.
