Link Building Guide

Best Digital PR Agencies for Links and Coverage

Eight digital PR agencies and services compared on pricing, approach, location and white label, grouped by use case so you can shortlist faster.

A digital PR agency earns links and coverage by giving journalists stories worth writing about, usually built on original data, expert comment or a creative campaign. The best agency for you depends on budget, market and whether you want a long-term retainer or a fixed-price campaign.

Most established agencies don't publish prices, and those that do start in the thousands per month. That makes the pricing model as important a filter as the portfolio.

This page groups agencies by use case. Every fact comes from the agency's own website, checked in October 2026; client names and claims are the agencies' own. None was hired or tested first-hand.

Best for data-led campaigns with clear pricing

Reboot Online is one of the few established agencies to publish a starting price: most of its digital PR runs on a monthly retainer from £3,500, with one-off campaigns kept for trial arrangements. Its digital PR page describes data-backed campaigns built on original research and FOI findings, alongside reactive newsjacking, and claims "the largest Digital PR team in the UK".

Clients named on the page include TUI and Resume.io. It also has an agency partnerships programme where your brand stays client-facing, which makes it one of the few established names that openly works white label.

Best for big consumer brands across several markets

Rise at Seven lists offices in Manchester, London and New York, and its digital PR page describes campaigns run across the US and several European markets, tied into SEO, social and content. Clients shown on its homepage include Emirates, Red Bull and JD Sports, and its about page claims 79 global awards. Pricing isn't published, and the client list suggests it's built for large brands rather than small businesses.

Best for SEO-led digital PR from a specialist

Digitaloft, founded in 2014 and based in Kendal and Manchester, calls itself a specialist SEO agency. Its digital PR page sets out five tactics: data-driven campaigns, expert insights, product PR, brand PR and link-earning assets, and says it chases "impact" rather than links alone. Clients named include Booking.com for Business, Klarna and AG1. Pricing isn't published.

Best for creative, visual content campaigns

NeoMam Studios has made data-led reports and creative campaigns since 2011, from London with a remote team. Its services page says the work is human-made rather than AI-generated and that it is IPSO regulated, and its homepage shows recent projects alongside the links each earned. It's a small, focused studio (14 team members listed) rather than a full-service agency, and pricing isn't published.

Best for US brands tying PR to content

Siege Media describes "product-led" digital PR, treating PR as brand building rather than just link acquisition, with a network of 7,500+ media partners. Its digital PR page says services start around $12,000 to $15,000 a month when it creates and promotes the PR content, and that it doesn't guarantee link numbers. Clients named on its site include Airbnb, Zillow and PayPal.

Best for integrated search and brand PR

Propellernet, a certified B Corp based in Brighton, offers digital PR for SEO, for AI search, for brand building and internationally, alongside SEO, paid media and analytics. Clients named on its homepage include Dogs Trust, Autotrader and PureGym. It suits brands that want PR planned alongside the rest of their search work. Pricing isn't published.

Best for fixed-price campaigns agencies can resell

Not every buyer needs a retainer. Two productised services sell digital PR at a published price.

fatjoe lists digital PR campaigns from $4,200 on its digital PR page, with 90-day delivery and "100% White Label" positioning aimed at agencies. It also sells smaller PR products, including media placements from $300 where you choose the outlet, which works more like a media placement than earned coverage. The HOTH lists digital PR at $1,500 a month and earned media at $3,500 a month, with unbranded deliverables for resellers.

Fixed-price campaigns trade bespoke strategy for predictability. They suit agencies adding PR to client packages, but brands that need campaigns built around a specific story or market will usually get more from an agency.

How to choose a digital PR agency

Read the digital PR guide first if you're new to how campaigns work, and see link building cost for how PR compares with other ways of getting links.

Question Why it matters Good sign
What counts as a result? Links, coverage and brand mentions are different outcomes Agreed targets for links and coverage, written down
Retainer or campaign? Retainers suit steady output; campaigns suit tests A trial option or a clear exit clause
Which markets? Journalist relationships are local Named publications in your country and sector
Reactive or planned? Reactive PR is faster; big campaigns take months A mix of both in their recent work
Relevance to your site Coverage on irrelevant news pages helps less Examples that link to commercial or useful pages
Who does the work? Senior pitch, junior delivery is common Named team members on your account

Also ask whether coverage links are followed. Many news sites add nofollow or sponsored attributes, which Google treats as hints, so it's worth reading dofollow vs nofollow before you set link targets.
