iCopify Review: Guest Post Marketplace, Prices and Terms

An independent iCopify review: how the self-serve guest post marketplace works, starting prices, escrow, refund terms and who it suits best.

iCopify is a self-serve marketplace where you buy guest posts directly from website owners, with your payment held until the link is live. Prices are set by publishers and start low, listed "from only $9.99" on its guest post page.

This review is based on iCopify's own homepage, guest post page, FAQ and terms and conditions, checked in October 2026. It doesn't claim first-hand testing, and it uses the site's review criteria.

Best for: budget-conscious buyers and experienced SEOs who want a large inventory, low entry prices and payment held in escrow.

Not ideal for: anyone who wants sites vetted for them, a link lifetime guarantee, or clear published platform fees.

What is iCopify?

iCopify describes itself as "a comprehensive self-serve platform that connects search marketers with authoritative websites". Publishers list their sites and set their prices, and buyers order placements directly.

As shown on its homepage in October 2026, iCopify claims more than 102,658 vetted websites, more than 34,351 active publishers, more than 511,323 completed tasks and a 48-hour average delivery. Its guest post page says the sites span more than 150 countries. These are iCopify's own figures.

Like any link building marketplace, it is a tool rather than a service. iCopify doesn't prospect or run outreach for you.

What can you buy on iCopify?

Option What iCopify says
Guest posts Upload your article, add anchor text, target URL and placement instructions
Dofollow placements Available "on select sites", so check each listing
Publisher monetisation Site owners can list their own sites and sell placements

Most buyers will use it for guest posting. Because you supply the article and anchor text, the quality of the content and the shape of your anchor profile are in your hands.

How much does iCopify cost?

Cost item What iCopify publishes (October 2026)
Guest post prices "From only $9.99", set by each publisher and rising with authority and traffic
Subscription None, "no monthly fees"
Platform fee The homepage says there are "zero signup markups"; the terms say buyers pay "the required commission" but don't state a rate
Minimum deposit $25, per its terms
Refunds Purchases are generally final, with refund requests possible within 30 days where a mistake has occurred

Very cheap placements deserve extra scrutiny. As a rule of thumb, a site charging a few dollars a post will publish for almost anyone, and Google's spam policies specifically target paid links meant to manipulate rankings. The guide to buying backlinks safely covers what to check.

How does ordering work on iCopify?

Where your money sits during an order Deposit $25 minimum Order held in escrow Publisher accepts in 5 days Live link verified Funds released Missed deadline or rejected funds return to your wallet
Based on iCopify's FAQ and terms, October 2026. Tasks left unaccepted or unsubmitted for 14 days are auto-rejected.
  1. Deposit funds (minimum $25)
  2. Filter sites by industry, country, organic metrics, Ahrefs DR and indexation status
  3. Submit your article, target URL, anchor text and instructions
  4. The publisher has up to five days to accept the task
  5. Once published, you have three days to review and request one amendment, after which the order is accepted by default

Control over site choice is high, since you pick each site yourself. Control over changes is tighter than on some platforms, with one amendment allowed per article under the terms.

Turnaround and guarantees

iCopify's guest post page says most posts are published within 2 to 5 days, and the homepage gives a 48-hour average. Tasks that sit unaccepted, or in progress without submission, for 14 days are auto-rejected.

The escrow model is the main protection. Funds stay in the system until the live link is verified, and they return to your wallet automatically if a deadline is missed or the publisher rejects the order. No link lifetime guarantee is published on the pages checked, so there's no stated protection if a link is removed months later.

Reporting and support

Orders are tracked live from the dashboard. iCopify advertises "24/7 Professional Platform Assistance", and disputes between buyers and publishers are resolved by iCopify's administration.

iCopify pros and cons

Pros Cons
Very low entry prices, from $9.99 Cheapest sites need careful vetting
Escrow holds funds until the link is verified No published link lifetime guarantee
Automatic return of funds on missed deadlines Platform commission mentioned in terms but no rate published
Large inventory across many countries Only one amendment per article
No subscription and a $25 minimum deposit Dofollow only "on select sites", so check each listing

Who should use iCopify?

iCopify suits buyers with small budgets or experienced SEOs testing lots of sites, who are confident vetting each placement. The escrow model makes it low risk to try a handful of orders.

If you need help judging which sites are worth paying for, or want links protected long term, a productised service or a marketplace with a link guarantee will be a better fit.
