WhitePress Review: Sponsored Articles, Pricing and Warranty

WhitePress reviewed from its own site and terms, covering how the marketplace works, pricing, publication times, the 36-month warranty and who it suits.

WhitePress is a link building and content marketplace where advertisers buy sponsored articles, guest posts and link insertions directly from publishers. It lists 148,000+ websites in 36 languages, works on a pay-as-you-go basis, and offers an optional paid warranty that keeps articles live for 36 months.

This review is based on WhitePress's own website, its terms for advertisers and its warranty terms, checked in October 2026. It follows the site's review criteria and doesn't claim first-hand testing.

Best for: brands and agencies running campaigns across several European languages who want to choose publishers themselves, with native-language copywriting available.

Not ideal for: buyers who want unmarked editorial links, published prices before sign-up, or a done-for-you service where someone else picks the sites.

What is WhitePress?

WhitePress says it has 12 years of experience and 30,000 customers. Its English-language contracting entity is WhitePress Publishing LTD, registered in London, and demand for the brand is mostly European. Alongside the marketplace it runs digital PR, brand mentions, copywriting, influencer campaigns and a free Backlink Manager tool.

One detail sets WhitePress apart. Its terms for advertisers say that by ordering, you accept that "the published article will be marked by the Publisher as sponsored content or in another equivalent manner". That's in line with how Google expects paid content to be handled (see sponsored posts and dofollow vs nofollow), and it's worth knowing before you buy. Service What it is
Article publication Sponsored articles and guest posts on publishers you choose (guest posting)

Digital PR Outreach campaigns on English-language media (digital PR)
Brand mentions Unlinked mentions aimed at AI and search visibility (brand mentions)

The platform's browser has more than 50 filters, and each portal carries a quality score built from Ahrefs, Semrush and other metrics, including referring domains.

How much does WhitePress cost?

Cost item What WhitePress says (October 2026)
Account Free sign-up
Pricing model Pay-as-you-go, prices set per publisher offer
Per-article prices Shown in the platform, not published publicly
Payment Prepaid account balance, VAT invoices
Currency One currency across multiple projects and markets
36-month warranty Optional paid add-on, fee depends on article value

Prices aren't published on the public site, so you'll need an account to compare publishers. The warranty fee is shown at checkout and is non-refundable even if a warranty claim succeeds. For general benchmarks, see the link building cost guide.

How ordering works, and how much control you get

You top up your balance, filter the database, choose the publisher and either supply your article or commission one. The terms say the publisher is, as a rule, obliged to publish within 3 working days of receiving the order, unless its offer states a different deadline. If the publisher writes the article, you have 2 business days to accept it or send amendments.

Top up balance Pick publisher Supply article Published 3 working days How long the article stays up Standard terms 12 months Paid warranty 36 months, monitored daily Unless the publisher's offer states a different period
Dark boxes are the steps you control. Holding periods are drawn to scale.

That's a high level of control: you choose every site and can write every word. The flip side is that the vetting is yours, as with any link building marketplace. WhitePress does offer outreach specialists who help with publisher selection and tailored offers, which takes some of the work off you.

Turnaround and guarantees

Promise What WhitePress's terms say
Publication Within 3 working days as a rule, unless the offer says otherwise
Holding period 12 months unchanged, unless the publisher's offer states otherwise
36-month warranty Paid add-on, monitored daily, 100% of the article value refunded on a valid claim (fee excluded)
Short outages Unavailability of up to 9 consecutive days doesn't count as a breach under the warranty
Indexation Not guaranteed
Link attribute A publisher hit by a Google "unnatural links" manual action may switch the link to nofollow
Complaints Considered within 14 days (5 working days for warranty claims)

These terms are detailed and fairly balanced. The nofollow clause and the lack of an indexation guarantee are realistic for a marketplace, but they're worth reading before you commit a large budget.

Reporting and support

WhitePress highlights advanced reporting with Looker Studio, Google Analytics and Google Search Console integrations, plus a proprietary tracking code. The free Backlink Manager lets you monitor links in one place. Support comes from a dedicated outreach team, with experts speaking the local language of each market. White label reporting isn't a headline feature on the pages checked.
