Loganix vs Rhino Rank: Approve Your Sites or Trust the Tier?
Loganix vs Rhino Rank compared on guest post and niche edit pricing, site approval, marketplace access, turnaround, white label and guarantees.
Loganix and Rhino Rank both sell guest posts and niche edits to agencies, with content included and white label reports at the end. The question that separates them is whether you want to approve the sites. Loganix builds its managed products around a shortlist you sign off, and it runs a marketplace for buyers who want to pick sites themselves. Rhino Rank picks the sites within the tier you order and doesn't offer pre-approval as standard.
That trade-off shows up in price and speed too. Rhino Rank's tiers start lower and its delivery targets are shorter. Loganix asks for more money and more of your time, and gives you more say in return.
Everything below is taken from each company's own site, checked October 2026. Neither was ordered from or tested for this comparison.
Pick Loganix if you or your clients need to approve every domain, want a self-serve marketplace alongside managed orders, or need DR70+ Premium Editorial placements.
Pick Rhino Rank if you're happy to trust a tier, want lower prices and faster delivery targets, longer replacement cover and a refundable first order.

|---|---|---|
| Entry guest post | $200 (DR/DA 30+, 100 to 500+ visits) | $75 (DA10+) |

On published prices Rhino Rank is cheaper at every matching tier, often by around half. Loganix's tiers carry firmer traffic minimums, and Loganix publishes quality checks for its niche edits (100+ indexed pages, 1,000+ monthly organic traffic, 50+ referring domains, average DR and DA of 40). Some of the price gap is the cost of those floors and the approval step.
Loganix's marketplace is priced per site, and the company's own pages give different starting points for it, so treat its headline numbers as indicative. For wider context, see the link building cost guide.
How are links sourced?
Both say they own no sites and work through publisher relationships and manual outreach. Rhino Rank adds that its UK team uses Google searches as well as existing relationships, rejects PBNs, link farms and manipulated traffic, and doesn't resell a fixed database.
Loganix's managed products use its vetted relationships. Its marketplace is described as unvetted opportunities where the buyer does their own quality control, so it suits buyers who already know how to judge a site.
How much control do you have?
This is the core difference. Loganix's managed guest posts and niche edits start with a list of domains for you to approve or swap, and the marketplace lets you filter by DR, DA, traffic, niche, price and turnaround. Neither company accepts client-written content on these products.
Rhino Rank's standard orders don't include pre-approval: you choose tier, anchor and target URL, and its team picks the site. Its terms allow pre-approval on request at its discretion, possibly for a fee. Its managed service is more collaborative, with a proposal on link types, URLs and anchors for you to approve before work starts.
Turnaround compared
Rhino Rank's published targets are 7 to 14 days for guest posts and 14 to 21 days for Curated Links, and it says it hits them on 99% of orders. Loganix quotes about three weeks, starting from the date you approve your site selection, so the full cycle depends on how quickly you review. Both describe these figures as targets rather than guaranteed dates.
Reporting, white label and guarantees
Both serve agencies. Loganix delivers white label reports with live URLs in unbranded Google Docs and Sheets and says it never contacts your clients. Rhino Rank's placement reports list every URL and export as an unbranded CSV, with monthly white label reports on managed plans.
Rhino Rank's cover runs longer: 12 months of link replacement and a no-questions refund on a first order within 14 days of delivery, up to $550. Loganix replaces links that drop within six months and guarantees you never pay for a link that doesn't go live. Its terms treat completed work as final, with a 30-day window for replacement, revision or account credit, and cash refunds only if it can't deliver at all.
Which should you choose?
Choose Loganix if approval is a requirement, not a preference. Agencies with clients who insist on sign-off, and buyers in sensitive niches who need to see exactly where links land, get that from Loganix's managed products. Its marketplace and DR70+ editorial placements add options Rhino Rank doesn't have.
Choose Rhino Rank if you'd rather spend less per link, receive it faster and keep replacement cover for a full year. The refundable first order makes it a low-risk trial.
